I just recently found this great product called PotSafe.  Basically how it works is that you secure the metal frame using the built in suction cups that stick to your stove top, then place your pot inside the frame.  This keeps your pot safe from being tipped over by your children passing by.  This product is near and dear to my heart actually.  When me and my sister were children, there was a night that my mother was cooking and of course we were running around her feet like we always did.  My little sister bumped the stove and the pot came flying down.  I pushed her out of the way but ended up being covered in very hot scolding soup and suffered so pretty bad burns because of it.  As a mom now I have pretty strict rules about the kids messing around the kitchen when I am cooking but I like to take extra precautions.  The PotSafe system gives me piece of mind when I am cooking and the kiddos are in the house.  It’s secure and safe and keeps everyone safe from pots being tipped over on accident.

The PotSafe makes a great holiday gift this holiday season.  They have a great set that comes with the PotSafe stand and a sauce pan that fits in the stand.  It’s a very nice set that will keep your friends and family cooking safely.
