If you read my blog then you know that we live in Oklahoma. If you know anything about Oklahoma or the South at all in the summer time then you know that the bugs are in full force. I believe I may have seen a few bugs this past weekend at the lake that could have carried a person away and we are not even into August yet. I recently found this great light from Bulbhead.com called the ZappLight. The ZappLight is really easy to use, just install it like a regular lightbulb in a regular socket. It works just like a bug zapper. As the light draws in the bugs they will be zapped by the light. It’s the perfect light for a deck, patio, or any outdoor entertaining area.
We spent the week at the lake for the Fourth of July and we used this on the patio of our cabin. It worked really well. The light does a great job of attracting the bugs and they light works really well at zapping and eliminating them. I was really impressed with how many fewer bugs we had this year on the patio. I am super happy with it and we even installed one on the back porch as well to keep the bugs from migrating indoors when we open and shut the door. It works really well. It’s a must have for outdoor enjoyment that is bug free!
