We are huge fans of Stubb’s BBQ sauces and seasonings so we were super excited to hear that they have released a new line of Cookin’ Sauce packets. These are awesome! As a busy mom, I am always on the go and it’s up to me to make sure at the end of the day everyone gets a meal for dinner. Sometimes this is not an easy task, especially when you have busy school schedules, after-school activities, and work. With Stubb’s new Cookin’ Sauce making dinner is really easy. Each one comes with all the seasonings you need to create a delicious meal like chili, Bar-B-Q sliders, hatch chili, or smokehouse bourbon. They are easy to use and the best part is you can use these in your slow-cooker and just dump it in and forget it. When you get done with your busy day dinner is ready to go!
We tried out their Bar-B-Q Sliders the weekend and they were amazing. We made ours with a pork roast. It was a super yummy meal and so easy. We had a ton going on this weekend so I knew there was no way I would have time to make dinner. Sunday morning I put this on our Ninja Cooking System and by dinner time it was ready to go. And it tasted amazing!
Inside they included a spice pack that you rub on the pork roast, a cooking sauce that you pour on and cooking the pork in, and a finishing sauce that you use after it cooks to bump up the flavor.
The process was really easy. Simply use the rub to season up the pork roast and put in the slow-cooker. Then pour the cooking sauce over the roast and set your cooker. Once it’s done cooking drain the sauce and shred. Then add your finishing sauce and serve. It was a lifesaver on a busy weekend!
These sliders were so yummy. The flavors were so full and bold. Everyone loved it, the kids want me to make it again this weekend! We can’t wait to try out the other three sauces.
