Nutrisystem Week 61 Update:
Weight Loss this Week: 2.6 Total Weight Loss: -169.6
My Nutrisystem Journey:
I finally had a good week!! Oh my goodness, it feels so good to see progress and to feel good about my food choices again. I have been doing great on the Nutrisystem diet for almost two weeks and I am feeling so motivated again. I am so relieved that I was able to get past that rough patch! I was really having a hard time getting past the negative thoughts but finally, things clicked back in place for me.
I am getting so close to my 175-pound loss goal! It feels awesome to reach those goals I think that is what is motivating me the most right now. When you can see the goal is close and you can almost touch it. You get that rush of motivation to stick to it and get to that goal. It feels good to be in a better place this week.
I am a little nervous about Easter though. I was struggling for several weeks there and I don’t want to let a holiday throw me off track when I have all this motivation. We are actually going to be out of town over the weekend and then celebrating Easter with a BBQ. So I spent some time choosing some Nutrisystem foods to help me get through the weekend while enjoying yummy foods I love but sticking to the plan.
Tip & Tricks:
As I mentioned, we are celebrating Easter with a BBQ so I wanted to a couple of food options that remind m of spring that would be perfect for a BBQ. Plus I had to have a good dessert option so I avoid the dessert table at the BBQ.
Tuna Salad:
Treat yourself to this taste-tempting tuna salad, made just the way you love it, but with a sophisticated twist. Generous chunks of light tuna are combined with mayonnaise, onion, pickles, and spices, along with water chestnuts for added flavor and crunch. Enjoy this entrée as a sandwich with a small, whole grain roll, or as a salad topper. It’s as versatile as it is delicious.
Hamburger:
It’s burger time! Sink your teeth into an all-beef patty sandwiched in a soft, whole wheat bun. This high-protein, the low-calorie burger will help you feel satisfied while you lose weight, and it’s one of our best sellers. Stack it high with your favorite condiments, or enjoy on its own—it’s that good!
Lemon Zest Cake:
Calling all lemon lovers! This sweet treat is a citrus delight, packed with light lemon flavor and finished with a drizzle of icing. It’s a good-for-you goodie that’s also a good source of fiber. One bite and you’ll be hooked!
