Nutrisystem Week 38 Update:

My Nutrisystem Journey:
Yay! I finally made it to 125 pounds! I am so beyond excited to hit this milestone with Nutrisystem. It’s always exciting when you accomplish one of your goals. This means I’ll get another Nutrisystem bear which I love. They are so adorable. I also moved down to being under 400 pounds this week! I have not been under 400 pounds in years so this is super exciting. I am going to have to figure out an item on my weight loss wish list to do to celebrate these achievements.
Not only have I made strides in my number I continue to feel better every single day. I actually cleaned the bathroom this weekend and didn’t get tired or have to stop. I know seems silly to be excited about cleaning bathrooms but when you have lived for years now not being able to do these simple tasks it’s amazing when you can. My clothing is fitting better, I was so excited to get back into a pair of jeans a few weeks ago, now they are loose on me and I need to go down another size! The feelings I have are overwhelming.
Going into the holidays I could not feel stronger. Fall is upon us and I am loving that I can spend more time with my kids and husband. With all the holidays coming up I know they will be much more enjoyable and rewarding. Being able to see friends and family will be much easier this year than past years were. Speaking of fall I decided to put together a list of three ways to enjoy the fall while you maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Enjoy Some Fall Flavors:
Fall is all about pumpkins, apples, and spices. Check out some fall inspired healthy recipes. I have found a ton on the Numi app from Nutrisystem already. They always have the best recipes and they even list how to count them in the plan so you can stay on track. If you are not doing Nutrisystem then check out Pinterest, there are so many ideas out there!
Enjoy the Weather:
Fall has become one of my favorite holidays. The weather gets cooler, but not too cold. It’s a great time to get outdoors and enjoy. I love to go on walks in the cooler weather and spend time just sitting outdoors. Soak in some sunshine and enjoy it before it’s too cold to enjoy being outside.
Get Active with Fall Activities:
Fall is full of family fun for us. We love Halloween and all the fall fun activities. Get active and enjoy some time with friends and family by scheduling some fall activities. Go to the pumpkin patch, attend a fall festival, visit a corn maze, pick some apples, find something fun to get your moving active this season!
