Nutrisystem Wee 22 Update:
Weight Loss this Week: -1.4 Total Weight Loss: -77.2
This week is all about celebrating my weight loss success. Last week I hit my goal for this quarter on Nutrisytem which was 75 pounds. I am so excited. This feeling is so worth all the hard work it takes to follow the Nutrisystem program. I feel on top of the world and super proud of myself.
My Nutrisystem Journey:
This week has been exciting and busy busy busy. I don’t know about you guys but it seems like Summer is just flying by. We have so much going on these days and it seems like I can barely keep up. This has posed some challenges for my Nutrisystem. It’s so much easier to just grab fast food sometimes but I am holding strong and sticking to my plan. It is nice that I can grab a Nutrisystem bar and take it with me. I love that the program has conveniences built in for when I’m really busy.
Even though the Summer has been going by really quickly I have taken some time this week to reflect and celebrate my success so far. If you have been reading my blog then you might have noticed that last week I hit my 75 pound goal. I was so excited to hit my little mini goal that I had set for myself. I like to take the time to set a goal for he quarter just so I have something to look forward to. My overall goal is a lot and it’s going to take me a long time to get there so I like to keep myself motivated with smaller mini goals. Plus I feel amazing when I reach them. I’ve been feeling so proud of myself this week after hitting my goal.
Next quarter (crossing my fingers I will still be blogging for Nutrisystem next quarter, please keep me in your prayers or positive thoughts for me to stay on the team) I am hoping to be over 100 pounds lost. This will be an exciting day and I can’t wait to be there. I know I will reach it though because Nutrisystem is so easy to follow and it works for me. I have finally found the perfect program for me. Since I hit my goal I had to celebrate. You might remember from when I hit my 50 pound goal I celebrated with my Weight Loss Wish list. I did the same thing this time.
Weight Loss Wish List:
To help celebrate my victories I came up with a Weight Loss Wish List that is a list of things that I have always wanted to do, or used to be able to do and now I can’t due to my weight, or things I have been putting off or scared to try do to anxiety and weight. As I reach my goals I plan to mark things off this list to celebrate. I feel like it is a healthier way to celebrate and it will force me to get out of my comfort zone and do new things.
This celebration might not seem like a big deal to many. However, for me it’s a really big deal. If you know me at all then you know I wear large stretchy pants every single day. They are not cute or fashionable but they fit me and they are comfortable. I love fashion though. When I have been smaller in the past I have spent days just shopping and putting together outfit. So one of the items on my wish list was to fit into jeans again. I didn’t know that this day would ever come again. It’s been years since I could fit into blue jeans. So I am so super excited this week to say after 75 pounds lost I can fit into a pair of my jeans again!!
It’s not the size I want to be in yet but they are jeans and I can wear them!! To celebrate my victory I wore my new pair of jeans to a family event yesterday. It was fun hanging out with family and they were all so proud of me for my weight loss and I even got some great compliments on my new jeans. I am loving the progress and success I see every single week on Nutrisystem.
What goal are you working on? How do you plan to celebrate when you reach it?
