NCircle Entertainment has some great new titles out for May. Today was my daughter’s official last day of school so I have been on the lookout for some fun movies we can take with us when traveling to keep her entertained in the car. I found some great titles at NCircle that will keep the fun going all summer long.
Guess How Much I Love You:
Based on the classic picture book that has sold more than 30 million copies worldwide, written by Sam McBratney, illustrated by Anita Jeram and published by Walker Books. Keeping love as the major theme, each adventure is set against the backdrop of a season with this collection focusing on summer. On a hot summer day, Little Nutbrown Hare and friends try to have some quiet time by the river but they have trouble staying still. Only when they do manage some quiet time, they experience the variety of life the river has to offer. Then, it’s time to celebrate Little Field Mouse’s birthday! Little Nutbrown Hare wants to give her the perfect birthday gift. Enjoy these summer adventures and more with Little Nutbrown Hare and friends!
My daughter loved exploring with little Nutbrown. It’s a cute little movie that has a great message of love. There is not enough love in this world these days so it is always reassuring to see this message being a focus in media for children.

The Cat In the Hat Knows a Lot About Camping:
It’s the first day of Summer Vacation and The Cat in the Hat whisks Nick, Sally and Fish off on the greatest great outdoor camping adventure ever! Our gang gets back to nature as they hike through the Fickle Fern Forest, camp out overnight, trek over Mt. Weewobble and canoe down the Tickle Drop River….just in time for Fish to meet up with his family for a grand reunion. Along for the ride are Little Cats A, B and C, who discover there’s wonder in nature once their electronic devices are powered off!
Nick and Sally help keep the Little Cats out of trouble, while Fish tries to keep his jacket pressed and the mud out of his fancy fishbowl…all while getting up close to some of nature’s most awesome sights, and learning how best to respect them. After being lulled to sleep under the stars by a chorus of animals, the morning brings fresh adventure with a spectacular race up Mt. Weewobble, complete with a cliffhanger ending! It’s a slippery ride down the slope and into the Tickle Drop River, where a harrowing raft ride finally delivers them to the shores of Fish’s family reunion.
The Cat in the Hat and his loveable Little Cat cousins, Nick, Sally, Fish and all his family, gather together in a great Suessian-style musical finale… in which Fish and the gang are celebrated as true adventurers. Everyone agrees it really has been the Greatest Great Outdoors Adventure ever!
If you plan to go camping this summer this is a great video to get your kiddos in the mood for camping. We love to be outdoors and go camping every summer so I was excited to show this film to my youngest. She was ready to grab the camping gear and head out as soon as she watched it. It’s a lot of fun and I love the theme of getting outdoors and getting active.
