Spring is just around the corner and my kiddos will be heading out to soccer games, band performances, softball games, and playing outside a lot more. As a mom I want to give them something that is healthy when they reach for a drink during or after they have been physically active. As a family we are trying to make healthier choices in 2017 and this is one area I wanted t improve. I recently found a great company called INVO that produces a healthier alternative to sugary sports drinks.
INVO is packed with five essential electrolytes, which promotes rapid hydration, just what your child’s body needs after a rigorous workout! It’s low in sugar, 99% fat free and a good source of vitamin C&B to help with recovery. INVO is unique because they use a cold pasteurization process (dubbed “Cold Crafting”), which locks in all the nutrients and gives that freshly cracked coconut water experience, just as nature intended. It’s the perfect drink to reach for after a long ball game or a day outdoors. Comes in three great flavors and tastes great. My kiddos love it.
You can find out more on the INVO website.
