My favorite part of the holidays is cooking! I love being in the kitchen making all of our favorite recipes for family and friends. It seems like we always have a ton of holiday parties to attend so I am always trying to come up with quick and easy snack food recipes. That’s how I came up with the idea for these super easy holiday meatballs.
When cooking these in the oven I have noticed they can be pretty greasy so I always make these in my ToBox air fryer. Their air fryer is super easy to use and it cooks these meatballs evenly and to perfection every single time without the grease.
These are super easy to make and only take a few ingredients which is why I love them. When you cook them in the air fryer they only take a few minutes to cook so it won’t take you long to make them. I can run home after work pop these in our air fryer and be out the door in about 15 minutes. Great for a last minute party food.
2 pounds of ground beef
1/2 a red onion (finely chopped)
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese (I use parmesan cheese to make them low-carb but you can also use traditional breadcrumbs)
Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix (I use McCormick but any will do)
Shredded Cheese (optional)
These are super easy. Take all of your ingredients and throw them in a bowl and mix it all together.
Once you have everything mixed together you will form them into small balls. You can choose how small or big you want to make them, I do mine medium sized.
Prepare your air fryer by plugging it in. Arrange the meatballs in a single layer in the basket.
I use a ToBox air fryer. They are super simple to use and I love mine. It works great every time I use it so I have really enjoyed it.

Set the air fryer to 350 degrees for five minutes. After they cook for five minutes to remove them from the air fryer and use tongs to flip them over. Return to the air fryer for another 3 minutes at 350 degrees.
They will come out perfect every time. Serve with some marinara sauce or whatever your favorite dipping sauce is. I add toothpicks to make them easy to pick up and dip.
