I am a huge fan of adult coloring books, I find them to be so relaxing and soothing. It’s a great way to just unwind, and distress. The best part about coloring is that there is no thinking involved just coloring. I tend to always over think things so this is a great therapy activity for me. I recently found these great new titles from Fox Chapel Publishing from Jess Volinski. Both are from the Notebook Doodles line, one features henna style and one is called super cute. They both have some super fun pages to work on.
I am a huge fan of the Henna style drawings. They are so intricate and you can really have fun with the color combinations. Super peaceful designs that draw out my inner peace.
