My Fitness by Jillian Michaels:
I have been a fan of My Fitness by Jillian Michaels since the first season of The Biggest Loser. I loved that show and she was my favorite trainer from the series. I even tried to be on it once. I am horrible about working out and I need a trainer like Jillian that doesn’t accept my excuses and is tough on me. So when I saw she had an app I had to check it out. Her app is awesome because it is an all in one tool to help you reach your goals. The app has great weight loss tips, diet and menu planning, exercises, and much more. It’s everything all in one place.

If you are looking for an app that has it all then this one is awesome. If you don’t want to commit to a program like Nutrisystem or Weight Watchers this is a much less expensive option to get everything you need all included in one app. If you are like me and you already have a diet program then this is great for workouts. I use it mostly for the exercise programs. There are tons to choose from at all levels.
