If you read my blog then you probably know that I have been working on losing weight over the last year. Even though I have had a lot of success and lost over 160 pounds I still have a lot to lose. This year I am hoping to get closer to my goal weight and I focusing on working out and living a healthy lifestyle to meet those goals. Now that I have lost some weight I can start exercising again but it’s been so long since I worked out that I feel like I’m learning all over again.
