We really loved this meal.  The meat mixture in the peppers was really yummy and the sour cream sauce was amazing drizzled over with a hint of lime. It was one of our favorites. You split the peppers in half and had enough to make eight peppers which made a ton of food, we had leftovers of this which my husband enjoyed the following day.

Steak & Potatoes:

This was my husbands favorite dish out of the three.  The steak was amazing.  The potatoes had a kick to them, I loved the seasoning.  The kale with garlic was so good, it was something I had never tried before and my kids definitely had never had it.  So it’s a great way to try need foods too.

Creamy Three-Cheese Cavatappi:

This was the kid’s favorite.  It was basically like a gourmet maccaroini and cheese with healthy broccoli in it.  We had never had cavatappi pasta so that was new to us, but the kids love the spiral shape it made.  Super yummy and full of cheesy goodness.
